Absolutely not.

Both Intercompany and the Integration Hub are completely different products. Both do entirely different things. While we understand that few of our sales partners positioned the Hub as a part of the Intercompany solution, we are discussing with them to discontinue such positioning. 

Moreover, the Intercompany license is based on users while the Integration Hub license is based on the connector. Unlimited users within a company can use the Hub for the same price.
