Step 1 – Set Connectivity of RFQ in the Integration Hub



  1. Choose the SAP Business One SLD to provide the connection between SAP Business One System Id and RFQ Id.

Note

By default, the solution displays all the SAP Business One SLDs available in SLD Category selected during customer creation.


  1. To add a new SLD or edit existing SAP Business One SLD under SAP Business System Id area, choose Add / Edit button. 


The SAP Business One Connection Details window contains the following fields:

Field Name

Description

SLD Category

Displays the SLD Category selected during customer creation. This field is read only.


System Name



Enter the name of the system.

Note

System Name is the mandatory field to add or update SAP Business One SLD.

SAP Business One Server



Enter SAP Business One Server Name / IP Address.

Note

SAP Business One Server  is the mandatory field to add/update SLD information for SAP Business One.

License Server


Enter License Server details. i.e. Server Name or IP Address and port number of the SAP Business One License Server.

The default port is 30000. 

SLD Server



Enter the valid SLD Server details with port.

Note

SLD Server details is the mandatory field to add/update SLD information for SAP Business One.

Database Name





Enter the name of the SAP Business One Database.


Database Name is the mandatory field to add/update SAP Business One System SLD.

Caution

The Database Name must be entered same as SAP Business One Database Name.

Database Type



Currently, only Microsoft SQL Server 2005, 2008, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2017 and SAP Hana DB are supported. Choose the database type from the dropdown list.

Note

Database Type is the mandatory field to add/update SAP Business One SLD.

Database User



Enter the user to access the company database using the database connection. Database User is the mandatory field to add/update SAP Business One SLD.

Caution

The Database User must be valid. Invalid Database User will result in failure to establish the connection.

Database Password



Enter a valid password for database login. 

Note

Database Password is the mandatory field to add/update SAP Business One SLD.

Caution

The Database Password must be valid. Invalid Database Password will result in failure to establish the connection.

Database Port

Enter the port for database.

Username


Enter B1i in this field.

Note

Username is the mandatory field to add/update SAP Business One SLD. It is set as B1i by default and un editable.

Caution

Ensure that a user with this name exists in the SAP Business One database. 

Password

Enter a valid password for B1i user of SAP Business One.

Language

Select the language from the list of languages.

Is Trust


Select True or False. The default value for this field is False. To use a trusted connection, choose True from the dropdown list.

jcoPath

Enter path for jco library. Example of Installation path of JCO: C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One DI API\JCO\LIB

DI ProxyHost




The DI Proxy host must be defined if B1i is installed on a separate server (this is, other than the SAP Business One server). 

The value in this field must be same as SAP Business One Server address.

Example

Proxyhost can be same as SAP Business One Server. 

DI ProxyPort

The default value of DI Proxy Port is 2099. 

Proxy Host


The proxy host is defined in a multi-instance scenario. If the B1i server connects to the SAP Business One server through a proxy server then, enter the address of the proxy server in this field.

Proxy Port

Enter the proxy port in this field.


  1. Enter the valid data and choose the Submit button. An SAP Business One SLD is created.
  1. Choose the Test Connection  icon to test the connection between the SAP Business One System Id in Integration Hub and SAP Business One System Landscape Directory.

If the connection is successful, a success message appears “Test Connection Successful”. If the connection is unsuccessful, a failure message appears “Test Connection Failed”. Please provide the correct credentials. 

  1. To add / edit RFQ instance SLD under RFQ Id area, choose the  Add / Edit button. 

 

The RFQ Connection Details window contains the following fields:

Field Name

Description

SLD Category

Displays the SLD Category selected during customer creation. This field is read only.


System Name



Enter the name of the system.


System Name is the mandatory field to add or update RFQ SLD.

Protocol

Select the Protocol to be used for RFQ communication from SMTP/ SMTPS/ TLS

SMTP Host

Enter the SMTP Host name.

SMTP Port

Enter the SMTP port.

Username

Enter the username to connect SMTP host.

Password

Enter the password to connect SMTP host.


  1. Provide the valid information in the fields and choose the Submit button. SLD for RFQ will be created.

 

  1. Choose the Test Connection  icon to test the connection between the Integration Hub and RFQ.

If the connection is successful, a success message appears “Test Connection Successful”.

If the connection is unsuccessful, a failure message appears “Test Connection Failed”.


  1. Choose the Next button to proceed to Step2.

Summary 

  1. The Configuration summary displays the Date and time for Template Selection and Set Connectivity steps
