Source Mapping of Magento in the Integration Hub

Source Mapping of Magento in the Integration Hub

Map the sources of Magento with SAP Warehouse in the Source Mapping tab in Magento Settings window.

A Magento store can have multiple Sources where inventory can be tracked, and orders can be fulfilled. A Magento Source can be a retail store, warehouse or any place to manage Inventory. It is a physical place or an application where you can sell products, manage inventory and fulfill the orders.

A user needs to map SAP Business One warehouse to Source defined in Magento. One warehouse is connected to one source of Magento.

For example: If four sources are defined in the Magento such as New York, Texas, California, Florida then these four sources need to be mapped with the warehouses in SAP Business One. If there are 01, 02, 03, 04 warehouses in SAP Business One then a user can map 01 warehouse of SAP Business One with New York source of Magento, 02 warehouse of SAP Business One with Texas source of Magento, 03 warehouse of SAP Business One with California and 04 warehouse of SAP Business One with Florida.

The Source Mapping information is used to integrate the Inventory from SAP Business One to Magento.

Note

A Magento source can have only one SAP Business One warehouse set as default. One Magento Source cannot be mapped to multiple SAP Business One warehouses.

  Note

When a web order integrates from Magento to SAP Business One, the application uses the default warehouse at the sales order line level.

Note

If the multi-branch function is enabled in SAP Business One, the application uses the mapped warehouse branch at the document header and line-level while integrating the document from Magento to SAP Business One.

The Source Mapping tab of Magento Settings window contains the following fields:
