The auto-retry on errors feature allows you to set the application to automatically retry failed transactions after a specified time interval.
To set up
the frequency for the auto-retry on errors, perform the following steps:
1.
In the top menu bar of the Administration Console, choose the Preferences option.
2. In the left frame,
choose the Auto Retry Errors option

In the Run field, choose the (…) (Browse) button.
3. In the selection
window, in the Choose Entry field, select the retry frequency from the dropdown list (Daily or Weekly) and then choose
the Select button.
4. If you select
the Weekly option, in the Configure Auto Retry Error table, choose the adjacent (…) (Browse) button. In
the Choose entry field in the window, select the week day from dropdown list
and choose the Select button.
5. In the At field, choose
the (…) (Browse) button.
6. In the Choose entry field in the
window, from the dropdown list, choose the hour at which you would like to run
the auto-retry or select the retry frequency and choose the Select button.
7. Choose the Activate button.
8. To deactivate the
auto, retry error feature, choose the De-activate button.
Caution
If you encounter some problems
during automatic retry of error messages, you may choose the Reset button this will reset the auto retry
error functionality and will cease any ongoing auto retry of error messages
process.
