The solution automatically sends the SMS notification based on the configuration in the Print Preferences page. 

The following documents are supported for automatic SMS notification:

1. Sales Quotation
   
2. Sales Order
   
3. Delivery
   
4. Return Request
   
5. Returns
   
6. A/R Down Payment
   
7. A/R Invoice
   
8. A/R Credit Memo
   
9. Purchase Quotation
   
10. Purchase Order
    
11. Goods Receipt PO
    
12. Goods Return Request
    
13. Goods Return
    
14. A/P Down Payment
    
15. A/P Invoice
    
16. A/P Credit Memo
    

The add-on automatically pre-populates the SMS content for all above document in the newly added SMS body section. To modify the content, use the Placeholder.

Before sending the automatic SMS notification the application checks the following setups:

1. SMS via HUB check box in Print Preferences
   

Select SMS via HUB check box to send the SMS notification to the business partners contact person used in the marketing documents.

2. Send SMS to all Business Partners check box in Print Preferences
   

If the SMS via HUB check box is selected, then the application checks the Send SMS to all Business Partners check box. If this check box is selected, then application does not perform other checks and send the SMS automatically to the contact person used in the document.

3. Send Marketing Document Notification via HUB check box in Business Partners Master Data
   

If the SMS via HUB check box is selected, then application checks the Send SMS to all Business Partners check box. If this check box is not selected, then application checks Send Marketing Document Notification via HUB check box in Business Partners. If the Business partners check box is selected, then the application sends the automatic SMS notification, otherwise the SMS notification will not be sent.
