General Settings of Salesforce in the Integration Hub
On the Main Menu go to Administration → Integration Hub → Salesforce Settings to configure the required Salesforce settings
Configure the general settings in the General Settings tab in Salesforce Settings window.
The General Settings tab of Salesforce window contains the following fields:

Default Customer Group on Adding Customers from Salesforce |
Select the Customer Group, the customer will be created in SAP Business One based on the customer group selected. The selected Customer Group is used to add customers from Salesforce. |

Customer Code Series for Salesforce Account/Lead |
Select the Customer Code Series The Selected Customer Code Series is used to create Business Partners in Business One. |
|
Default Freight for Shipping Charges |
Select a freight component for Shipping Charges. The selected freight component is used to integrate the header level shipping amount per order in Salesforce to SAP Business One. |
|
Default Freight for Item Tax |
Select a freight component for Tax component. The selected freight component is used to integrate the item level tax amount per order in Salesforce to SAP Business One. |
|
Default Payment Term for Salesforce Order |
Select a payment term from the list of payment terms in SAP Business One. The selected payment term is the default payment term for all orders of Salesforce integrated in SAP Business One. |
|
Exempt Tax Code |
Select a tax code from the list of tax codes. The selected tax code is used in all orders integrated from Salesforce to SAP Business One. The selected tax code must be of zero rate. |

Multiple Currencies are enabled |
Select whether Multiple currencies are enabled in Salesforce. |

Default Branch for Document |

Branch Assignment for Customer |
|

Account Type to be Integrated with SAP Business One |
Click on the ellipsis button to open Account Type window. Retrieve Account type from Salesforce using Retrieve button. Choose the Account type to be integrated with SAP Business One. |
