The Global Data Authorization report enables you to display and export Global Data Authorization data, providing a branch-wise overview of users and the master data authorizations assigned to them. The report helps administrators identify which users can add, update, or remove specific master data across participating branches.
The report provides the authorization details in an exportable format, allowing administrators to review and analyze user-level access across branches. This helps improve visibility into the distribution of Global Data Authorization and supports effective monitoring and auditing of master data permissions.
To view the Global Data Authorization report, perform the following steps:
1. In the top menu bar of the Administration Console, choose the Monitoring option.
2. In the left frame, choose the Global Data Authorization option.
3. To define a filter for the consolidation, do the following:
- In the SLD Category field, select an SLD category from the drop-down list.
- In the Branch Company field, select either a branch company or All using the browse button for which you would like to view the global data authorization report.
4. Click the Import button to import the data based on the selected criteria.
5. To view the report, choose the Display button.
6. To export the report in Excel, choose the Export button.
