How to purchase an Intercompany Integration Solution subscription

You can purchase the Intercompany Integration Solution subscription from Walldorf Solutions at any time to keep up with your business needs.

The Intercompany Integration Solution supports subscription-based licensing. The customer needs to pay a recurring subscription fee in order to use the product. Customers will not be able to use the Intercompany Integration Solution and unable to perform the upgrades if the subscription period is expired or the license count is mismatched with the SAP Business One license count.


To purchase an Intercompany Integration Solution subscription, perform the following steps:

1.      Navigate to the https://walldorfsolutions.com/store. 
          All available products are displayed.
          For Intercompany Solution, you can purchase the below subscription package:

·         Intercompany Integration Solution License (includes maintenance and support package)

All new and existing customers can purchase the Intercompany licenses from Walldorf solutions. The Intercompany solution licenses include the maintenance and support package as well. With the maintenance and support package, you can access online support, phone and email support, regular bug fixes and updates, all major upgrade version license, and the ability to purchase additional Intercompany licenses on your current install.

2.      Hover the cursor over the relevant Intercompany Integration Solution subscription package, then click Add to cartThis will take you to an Intercompany page where you can select the annual subscription and user license subscription quantity. 

Note
Intercompany Licensing is based on the number of SAP Business One license in your company. For example, if you had purchased 25 SAP Business Licenses, you should purchase 25 user subscriptions. Intercompany will stop working if there is a license mismatch between your SAP B1 license and Intercompany license.
Following SAP Business One license types need to be added together for the whole intercompany landscape i.e head office and branches: 
SAP Business One Professional User
SAP Business One Limited CRM User
SAP Business One Limited Financials User
SAP Business One Limited Logistics User
SAP Business One CRM Service User (Standalone)
Note
In case if you increase SAP Business One license count after activating the intercompany solution subscription, you need to upgrade your subscription.
3.      On the cart page, you can change a quantity if you’d like to purchase more than one quantity of an application subscription.
4.      Click Proceed to Checkout.
5.      If you are already logged in at www.walldorfsolutions.com, then complete the Order by providing the payment method details (Credit Card or Purchase Order) information and choose Buy Now.
6.      Otherwise, complete the account registration process by providing the Billing details and Additional information and then choose Buy Now.
7.      After you’ve completed your order, you are prompted with the order details, download link, and subscription information.
8.      Also, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with the subscription details and Production & Sandbox keys as applicable.

Note
The credit card entered during checkout will be saved in the customer account, and future renewal orders will be placed automatically unless canceled by the user.


    Note
     The Sandbox license key is delivered if applicable for product subscription and is valid for 30 days, After the time period the Sandbox license key will be expired and you need to contact support to renew the Sandbox license on a need basis.
