Integration Hub Message Logs

The Message Logs menu show all transactions between SAP Business One and integrated applications. The following three types of messages are displayed:

  1. The Success Log displays successful transactions.
  1. The Processing Log displays transactions that are still in process.
  1. The Failure Log displays the transactions that failed. 


Each message log type can be filtered by date and time, sender system, or receiver system.

 
The Filter area contains the following fields:

Field Name
Description
From

Enter the date (in MM/DD/YYYY format) and time (HH:MM) from which you want to filter message logs.

To

Enter the date (in MM/DD/YYYY format) and time (HH:MM) to which you want to filter the message logs.

Customer Name

Select the customer registered in the Integration Hub from the dropdown list.
Template Name
Select the application for which the message log is to be displayed.
Object

From the dropdown list, select the object for which the message log is to be displayed 
No. of Records
From the dropdown list, select the number of message log records to be displayed per page.



The following fields are displayed in the Result area of the filter:

Field Name
Description

Displays the automatic sequence number of the result. This field is read only.
Action


To view the detailed log, choose the icon.

To delete the detailed log, choose the   icon. 

Sender System

Displays the sender system from the SLD. This field is read only.
Sender Object
Displays the sender object. This field is read only.
Key
Displays the primary key of the object. This field is read only.
Sender Date
Displays the sender system date. This field is read only.
Sender Time
Displays the sender system time. This field is read only.
Receiver System

Displays the receiver system from the SLD. This field is read only.
Receiver Object
Displays the receiver object. This field is read only.
Receiver Date
Displays the receiver system date. This field is read only.
Receiver Time
Displays the receiver system time. This field is read only.


If the message log becomes too large, you can delete the message log by specifying the From and To Date values and choosing the Delete Log button. This deletes the log entries between the two dates.
