The item group master data integration is unidirectional i.e. from SAP Business One to Tagrain. 

The application supports the add/update operation on the item group master.

If any item group is already defined in the Tagrain, you must define the same item group in SAP Business One as well. Ensure the item group name should be the same in both the system.

On adding the item group data in SAP Business One, the item group is integrated to Tagrain, and the Tagrain item group internal id is saved in Cross Reference Code field.

You can view the Tagrain item group internal id on Integration Hub Tab available on the Item Groups - Setup window.

The following fields have been added to the Integration Hub Tab and are relevant to the Integration Hub. 

Field Name	Description
Template Name	Displays the name of the  Tagrain template.
Cross Reference Code	Displays the Tagrain item group internal id.
