Master Data Mapping Tool for Salesforce Connector in Integration Hub

This tool allows the user to map the already existing Account, Contact, Lead, and product data in Salesforce and SAP Business one. This is needed in case the same Account or Contact or Lead or product master already exists in both applications and you would like to map their internal code to prevent data duplicity between the applications.

To display the Master Data Mapping Tool window, choose Administration --> Integration Hub --> Master Data Mapping Tool.

Use the following steps to import the mapping data using the master data mapping tool:

1.     Select a template from the Template dropdown list.

2.     Select the Account, Contact, Lead, or Product from the Master Data Type dropdown list.

3.     Choose the Download from App button to download the data from Salesforce.

4.     To check the data download status, choose the Status button.

5.     Once the data download is complete, choose the Prepare Template button to generate the Microsoft Excel-based template for the selected master i.e. Account or Contact or Lead or product. The application downloads the data from Salesforce.

6.     Open the template and provide the relevant information:

o   For the Customer template, you need to provide the SAP B1 Card Code (Customer Code)

o   For the Lead template, you need to provide the SAP B1 Card Code (Lead Code)

o   For Contact, you need to provide the SAP B1 Card Code and SAP B1 Contact ID (Customer Code and Contact ID)

o   For the Product template, you need to provide the SAP B1 Item Code

7.     Choose the Browse button to navigate to the template path.

8.     Choose the Validate button to check the correctness and completeness of the data in the selected template.
