Monitoring and Managing Intercompany Landscape


Intercompany Solution Cockpit

The intercompany solution cockpit allows user to view all intercompany relevant information from the single screen.
To open the cockpit, in the top menu bar of the Administration Console, choose the Cockpit option.
The application may take some time to display the Intercompany Solution Cockpit data.






Intercompany solution cockpit has following sections:
Landscape Status
Integration Status
Scheduled Processes
Financial Consolidation and Trade Processes
System Resource Information
Server Status

Landscape Status

The following tiles are available in landscape section:




  1. SAP Business One and Add-on Version
    This tile displays SAP Business One version and intercompany solution add-on version. Click on this tile to view the version details of SAP Business One, add-on and intercompany script.

  1. Deployment Status: 
    This tile displays the deployment status of intercompany solution. You can click on this tile to view the detailed description of deployment including list of all deployed companies, last deployment date and time etc.

  1. Scenario Package: 
    This tile displays the version of scenario package and displayed whether intercompany solution scenario package is currently active or inactive.

  1. Template Company: 
    This tile displays the number of Template type companies that exist in the deployed solution, you can click on this tile to view the template companies available in the landscape. 

  1. Custom Company Template in Use: 
    This tile displays the number of custom company templates configured in the landscape, you can click on this tile to view the custom company templates assigned to the branch companies in the intercompany Landscape.

  1. Key Mapping: 
    This tile displays the key mapping status whether it is complete or incomplete. You can click on this tile to view the key mapping master summary status.

Integration Status

The following tiles are available in Integration status section:




  1. IPO Steps Status: 
    This tile displays the IPO Step Status whether it is active or inactive, you can click on this tile to view the IPO Step status Panel.

  1. Blocked Queues: 
    This tile display queue block information, you can click on this tile to view the blocked queue panel.

  1. Message Log of Today: 
    This tile displays the graphical representations of intercompany message log. It displays the Successful, Failed, Filtered and In Processes messages count of current date, you can click on this tile to view the detail status in the intercompany message log screen,

  1. Under Process Replication: 
    This tile displays the count of in process replications, clicking on this tile will open intercompany message log displaying the under process messages of current date.
  2. Failed Replication: 
    This tile displays the count of failed replications, clicking on this tile will open intercompany message log displaying the failed messages of current date.

 Scheduled Processes

The following tiles are available in scheduled process section:





  1. BP Balances Scheduling: 
    This tile displays the Business Partner balances scheduling status whether it is configured or not. Clicking on this tile will open the Consolidated Balances for Business Partners configuration screen. 

  1. Allocation Accounts Scheduling: 
    This tile displays the allocation account scheduling status whether it is configured or not for automatic synchronization of allocation accounts across branch companies, clicking on this tile will open the configuration screen for allocation account scheduling. 
  2. Auto Purge Log: 
    This tile displays auto purge log configuration status whether it is configured or not, clicking on this tile will open the manage log window.

  1. Auto Retry Errors: 
    This tile displays the auto retry error configuration status whether auto retry error message is configured or not, clicking on this tile will open the auto retry on error window.


Financial Consolidation and Trade Processes


The following tiles are available in Financial Consolidation and Trade Processes section:





  1. Consolidation Mode: 
    This tile displays whether consolidation mode is manual or automatic, clicking on this tile will  display the consolidation mode of each branch company

  1. Last Consolidation Execution Status: 
    This tile displays the last executed consolidation status, clicking on this tile will open the detailed consolidation execution status window.

  1. Unposted Marketing Document: 
    This tile displays the number of unposted marketing documents, clicking on this tile will display the detailed description of unposted marketing documents across all participating branch companies. 

  1. Unposted Journal Vouchers: 
    This tile displays the number of unposted journal vouchers, clicking on this tile will display the detailed description of unposted journal vouchers across all participating branch companies. 

System Resource Information

The following tiles are available in system resource information section:





  1. Database Size: 
    This tile displays the current size of integration framework database.

  1. BizStore Documents: 
    This tile displays number of bizstore documents

  1. Used Memory: 
    This tile displays memory consumption of integration framework.

  1. Used memory: 
    This tile displays Percentage of integration framework memory consumption.

  1. Available CPU: 
    This tile displays number of available CPUs.

Server Status

The following tiles are available in server status section:




  1. Maximum Memory: 
    This tile displays maximum amount of memory in Mega Bytes available for B1iP. Clicking on this tile will display the current memory usage of B1iP.

  1. Used Memory: 
    This tile displays memory used by B1iP in Mega Bytes, clicking on this tile will display the current memory usage of B1iP.

  1. Detected CPU cores: 
    This tile displays number of detected CPU cores or processors. Clicking on this tile will display the current memory usage of B1iP.

  1. Scheduler Threads: 
    This tile displays number of scheduler Threads in B1iP, clicking on this tile will display Summary of Current State of Internal Scheduler.

  1. Last start of B1iP: 
    This tile displays time stamp of last B1iP start. Clicking on this tile display detailed Startup and Shutdown Events of B1iP. 

  1. Crashed last Time: 
    This tile displays whether B1iP aborted or shutdown, clicking on this tile display Detection of improper shutdowns of B1iP
