The System supports the integration of existing product data from Business One to Magento. Product add & update operations are supported from SAP Business One to Magento. 

For non-inventory item synchronization, the manage stock in Magento should be set to No. 

The Item Code in SAP Business One is mapped with Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) in Magento for integration. 

Product Synchronization from SAP Business One and Magento is uni-directional. 

To synchronize the product from SAP Business One to Magento, choose Main Menu →Inventory → Item Master Data. Choose Sync in the Integration Hub Tab.

The following field has been added to the window and is relevant to the Integration Hub. For details of other fields on the Item Master Data window, refer to the SAP Business One Online Help.

Field Name	Description
Template Name	Displays the Name of the Magento Template.
Cross Reference Code	Displays the Magento Product ID for Normal product or Variant Product ID for Variant product.
Sync	Select this checkbox to synchronize the product information from SAP Business One to Magento.

Note

Product deletion from Magento and SAP Business One is not supported. If deleted product is used in transaction, then inconsistency in data will be observed. 

Simple Product

The integration of simple products is Unidirectional between SAP Business One and Magento.

Product Prices

The prices integration is uni-directional from SAP Business One to Magento. The application uses the default price list defined in the General Settings of Magento to integrate the prices from SAP Business One to Magento. 

To open General Settings of Magento, go to Administration → Integration Hub → Magento Settings → General Settings.  

The selected price list for Default Price list used for Items Prices Integration is the integrated price list from SAP Business One to Magento. 

Period and Volume discounts from SAP Business One integrates to Advance Pricing in Magento. 

Product Inventory 

The Inventory integration is unidirectional i.e. from SAP Business One to Magento. The Inventory status is updated from SAP Business One to Magento. 

From SAP Business One, the Inventory information is integrated from the warehouse that is mapped with the Magento Sources. To map the SAP Warehouse to Magento Sources, choose Administration → Integration Hub → Magento Settings → Source Mapping.  

The Inventory can be synchronized from synchronization tab of Magento settings. To synchronize Inventory, choose Administration → Integration Hub → Magento Settings → Synchronization. 

There are two ways for synchronization of Inventory.

·         Whenever required, click on Sync Now button this will synchronize the Inventory from SAP Business One to Magento.

·         Automatic synchronization of Inventory 

Field Name	Description
Object Type	Select Stock from the drop down list.
Run	Select the option from Daily / Weekly  option
On	Upon selection of Weekly option,  Select the day of the week.
Hour	Select the Hour when synchronization is scheduled to run
Minutes	Select the Minutes when synchronization is scheduled to run
Synch Now	Click on this button will start synchronization at time when the button is clicked.
Save Schedule	Click on this button will schedule the time when synchronization will run.
