The Integration Hub
supports the integration of existing product data as well as new product
data between both applications. In other words,
product synchronization between SAP Business One and WooCommerce
is bidirectional.
All products added to WooComerce or updated in WooCommerce
are synchronized in SAP Business One with the default item
group configured in the WooCommerce General Settings.
WooCommerce products for which the Manage Stock is not
selected are marked as non-inventory items in SAP Business One.
The Item Code in SAP Business One is mapped with the Stock
Keeping Unit (SKU) in WooCommerce for integration.
To synchronize products from SAP Business One to WooCommerce,
in the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose Inventory → Item Master
Data. On the Integration Hub tab, choose the Sync button.
The following fields have been added to the Item Master Data window and is
relevant to the Integration Hub. For details of other fields on the Item Master Data window, refer
to the SAP Business One online help.

Caution
You cannot delete products from WooCommerce and SAP
Business One. If a deleted product is used in a transaction, then
data inconsistency will occur.
Ensure that the Weight Unit and Dimensions Unit defined for
product in SAP Business One is the same as the default Measurement
unit defined in WooCommerce.
Note
Only Simple and
Variable Products type are downloaded from WooCommerce.
Simple Products
The integration of Simple products
is bidirectional between WooCommerce
and SAP Business One.
Variable Products
The integration of
variable products is unidirectional (in other words, from WooCommerce
to SAP Business One). Variants can be added to a product that
comes in more than one attribute, such as size or color. Each combination of
attributes for a product is a variant of that product.
For example, a user sells t-shirts with two attribute: size and
color. The size attribute has three values: small, medium, and large. The color
attribute has two values: blue and green. One specific variant from these
attribute is a small, blue t-shirt.
Each variant is integrated as a separate item in SAP
Business One
Product Prices
The prices
integration between SAP Business One and Woocommerce is
bidirectional. The application uses the default price list defined in
the General Settings for WooCommerce to integrate the prices from SAP
Business One to WooCommerce.
To open the WooCommerce General Settings, in the SAP Business
One Main Menu, choose Administration → Integration Hub → WooCommerce
Settings → General Settings tab.
The price list
selected in the Default Price List for Items Prices Integration field is the integrated
price list from SAP Business One to WooCommerce.
Product Inventory
The inventory
integration is unidirectional (in other words, from SAP Business One
to WooCommerce). The inventory status is updated from SAP
Business One to WooCommerce.
From SAP Business One, inventory data is integrated from the
warehouse that is defined in the Default Warehouse for Items stock
Integration in the WooCommerce General Settings.
To open the WooCommerce General Settings, in the SAP Business
One Main Menu, choose Administration → Integration Hub → WooCommerce
Settings → General Settings tab.
The inventory can be synchronized from the Synchronization tab of
the WooCommerce window. To synchronize inventory, choose Administration → Integration
Hub → WooCommerce Settings → Synchronization.
There are two ways to synchronize inventory:
1. Manual Synchronization of Inventory:
Whenever required,
choose the Sync Now button to synchronize the inventory from SAP Business One
to WooCommerce.
2. Automatic Synchronization
of Inventory:
Select the parameters
for Object Type, Run, On, Hour, and Minutes to schedule
synchronization and then choose the Save Schedule button to
schedule inventory synchronization at the predefined day and
time.
