SLD System Assignment in SAP Integration Framework 2.0 for Master Data Distribution in SAP S/4 HANA

  1. Expand the scenario sap.MasterData to open associated scenario steps. There will appear 4 scenario steps:
    1.  OE.HUB.S4BP2B1BP.Main (Receiver of the IDoc) , 
    2.  OE.HUB.S4BP2B1BP.RCV (B1 Outbound), 
    3.  OE.HUB.S4PR2B1IT.Main (Receiver of the IDoc), 
    4.  OE.HUB.S4PR2B1IT.RCV (B1 Outbound).
  1. Choose checkbox <Select to activate> for the activation of the scenario steps. A red flag will appear for all scenarios that need SLD entry assignment.
  2. Choose per Main scenario step the icon <System> and a new Window (Deployments – SLD Assignments) will pop up.
  3. Choose <Assignment> and select the related SLD entry for the SAP S/4 HANA as the sender system and the respective SLD entries for the SAP Business One system(s).
    In the scenario OE.HUB.MasterData the SAP S/4 HANA is always the sender and the  SAP Business One system(s) are the receiver(s).
  4. Choose the icon <Filter> for sender and each receiver systems. (Examples: Country, Region, Regional Market etc.)
  5. Repeat this for all customizing objects and for all system combinations.

Region

Depending on the country, the region may or may not be part of the address.

Values in the BLAND field of SAP S/4 HANA T005S system table are valid filter criteria entries.

Regional Market

This is an SAP S/4 HANA system master data field; you are free to define any values. There is no check table available.

Material Group

This is the key in SAP S/4 HANA to group several materials with the same attributes and to assign them to a material group.

Refer to the SAP S/4 HANA T023 table, MATKL field; the values are the valid filter (routing) criteria entries.




  1. Save your settings and choose.
  1. After all scenarios have a green flag choose in the upper line the icon <Activate deployment>. This activates the subscription related to the subscription list. In this case it is the subscription of the IDoc listener and the B1-Events.
  2. List of customizing tables will appear in the third panel with table number of SAP Business One and table.
