Map the store of Tagrain with SAP Warehouse and Price list in the Store Mapping tab in Tagrain Settings window.

The Store Mapping information is used to integrate the Inventory from SAP Business One to Tagrain. A user can map the price list against the store to have the store-wise pricing in Tagrain.

A Tagrain can have multiple stores where inventory can be tracked, and sales can be booked.

A user needs to map SAP Business One warehouse to Store defined in Tagrain. One warehouse is connected to one store of Tagrain. 

For example: If two stores are defined in the Tagrain such as New York and California then these two stores need to be mapped with the warehouses in SAP Business One. If there are 01, 02 warehouses in SAP Business One then a user can map 01 warehouse of SAP Business One with New York store of Tagrain and 02 warehouse of SAP Business One with California store.

 

Note

One Tagrain Store cannot be mapped to multiple SAP Business One warehouses.

If the multi-branch function is enabled in SAP Business One, the application uses the mapped warehouse branch at the document header and line-level while integrating the document from Tagrain to SAP Business One.

The Store Mapping tab of Tagrain Settings window contains the following fields:

Field Name	Description
SAP Business One Warehouse	Displays the list of SAP Business One warehouse.
Mapped to Tagrain Store	Select the Store of Tagrain to map with SAP Business One warehouse. The store mapped is used for updating the Inventory details in Tagrain from SAP Business One.
Default Price List	Select the Price list against the mapped Store. Note The Mapped price list will be used to integrate store-wise pricing.
Retrieve Store	Click on the Retrieve Store button to pull the store from Tagrain.
