The following two methods are available for synchronizing data between SAP Business One and Shopify:
If you want integrations to be performed immediately (instead of waiting for the SCHEDULER services run), choose the Sync Now button to immediately synchronize data for the selected object.
You can configure automatic integrations between SAP Business One and Shopify at a specified frequency (daily or weekly) and on specific intervals. The synchronization runs based on the schedule set for the object.
Synchronization is supported for the following four objects: customer, product, order, and inventory.
You can integrate all customer master data from Shopify to SAP Business One. Scheduling synchronization enables the system to integrate customer master data automatically according to the schedule by running the Scheduler services.
You can integrate all item master data between SAP Business One and Shopify. Scheduling synchronization enables the system to integrate item master data automatically according to the schedule by running the Scheduler services.
Set Bulk Items for Synchronization
When synchronizing items from SAP Business One to Shopify, you can select items in bulk using the Set Items for Synchronizationmenu in the Integration Hub.
Choose Administration → Integration Hub → Set Items for Synchronization.
In the Set Items for Synchronization - Selection Criteriawindow, select the item range and item groups range and choose the Ok button.
In the Set Items for Synchronization window, select the checkbox for the item codes and item name to synchronize.
Choose the Update button to mark the items for synchronization from SAP to Shopify.
You can integrate all orders from Shopify to SAP Business One. Scheduling synchronization enables the system to integrate sales orders automatically according to the schedule by running the Scheduler services.
You can integrate products inventory from SAP Business One to Shopify. Scheduling synchronization enables the system to integrate product inventories automatically according to the schedule by running the Scheduler services.
Customers must set the synchronization time settings on redeployment of the Application.
