Synchronization of Tagrain in the Integration Hub

The following two methods are available for synchronization between SAP Business One and Tagrain:

  1. Manual Synchronization: 

Whenever a user needs the integrations to be done on an immediate basis (instead of waiting till the Scheduler services run), a user can choose the Sync Now button. The synchronization takes an immediate effect on the selected object.

  1. Automatic Synchronization: 

The system enables a user to configure automatic integrations between SAP Business One and Tagrain at a frequency (either daily or weekly) and at specific intervals. The synchronization runs based on the schedule that is set for the object. 

 

Synchronization is supported for four objects Customer, Product, Sales, Refund, Expense, and Inventory.

  1. Customer Synchronization

The system enables to integrate all the customer master data from Tagrain to SAP Business One. Scheduling a synchronization enables the system to integrate customer masters automatically as per the schedule by running the Scheduler services. 

      Set Bulk Customers for Synchronization :

To Synchronize Customers from SAP to Tagrain, select customers in bulk using the Set Customers for Synchronization menu under Integration Hub. 

  1. Choose Administration  Integration Hub  Set Customers for Synchronizations.
  2. On clicking the Set Customers for Synchronization, Set Customers For Synchronization-Selection Criteria window opens. 
  3. Select the Tagrain Template, Customers range, and Customers Group range and click on the Ok button. 
  4. Set Customers for Synchronization window opens, select Sync check box for the Customer Codes and BP Name to synchronize. 
  5. Click on the Ok button to mark the customer for synchronization from SAP to Tagrain. 


Note

Whenever you click the Sync Now button, all Customer Data will be downloaded from Tagrain irrespective of the last updated timestamp. 


  1. Product Synchronization

The system enables to integrate all the item master data between SAP Business One and Tagrain. Scheduling a synchronization enables the system to integrate item masters automatically as per the schedule by running the Scheduler services.

      Set Bulk Items for Synchronization:

To Synchronize Items from SAP Business One to Tagrain, select items in bulk using the Set Items for Synchronization menu under Integration Hub. 

  1. Choose Administration  Integration Hub  Set Items for Synchronizations.
  2. On clicking the Set Items for Synchronization, Set Items For Synchronization-Selection Criteria window opens. 
  3. Select the Tagrain Template, items range or Item Groups range and click on the Ok button. 
  4. Set Items for Synchronization window opens, select Sync check box for the Item Codes and Item Name to synchronize. 
  5. Click on the Update button to mark the items for synchronization from SAP to Tagrain. 
  1. Sales Synchronization

The system enables to integrate all sales transactions from Tagrain to SAP Business One. Scheduling a synchronization enables the system to integrate sales transactions automatically as per the schedule by running the Scheduler services. 


  1. Refund Synchronization

The system enables to integrate all refund transactions from Tagrain to SAP Business One. Scheduling a synchronization enables the system to integrate refund transactions automatically as per the schedule by running the Scheduler services. 


  1. Expense Synchronization

The system enables to integrate all expense transactions from Tagrain to SAP Business One. Scheduling a synchronization enables the system to integrate expense transactions automatically as per the schedule by running the Scheduler services. 


  1. Inventory Synchronization

The system enables to integrate products Inventory snapshots from SAP Business One to Tagrain. Scheduling a synchronization enables the system to integrate product Inventory automatically as per the schedule by running the Scheduler services. 

Caution

Customers must set the synchronization time settings on the redeployment of the Application.
