Opportunity
Opportunity from Salesforce integrates to SAP Business One on entering the Expected Revenue for an Opportunity in Salesforce. The integration is unidirectional from Salesforce to SAP Business One.The following are the steps to integrated Opportunity from Salesforce to SAP Business One:
- Create Account in Salesforce and integrate to SAP Baseness One.
- Create Opportunity in Salesforce and enter the Amount in Opportunity Information in Salesforce.
- Save the information in Salesforce.
- On SAP Business One got to Administration> Integration Hub> Salesforce Settings> Synchronization tab.
- Select Object type as Opportunity and click on Sync Now button.
- Alert Message is generated and displays information about the synchronized Opportunity.
Note
If the salesforce Opportunity Stage is not mapped with Opportunity Stage in SAP Business One in Salesforce settings screen, then that opportunity will not be integrated to SAP Business One.
Sales QuotationSales Quotation from Salesforce integrates to SAP Business One on enabling the Quotes on Quote Settings window in Salesforce. The integration is unidirectional from Salesforce to SAP Business One.
The following are the steps to integrated Sales Quotes from Salesforce to SAP Business One:
- Enable Quotes. On Salesforce go to Build> Customize> Quotes> Quotes Settings. Select the check-box Enable Quotes and save the settings. On Page Layout Selection page in Salesforce select the Opportunity Layout and save the settings.
- On Salesforce, select Opportunity from Recent Opportunities. On the Opportunity page go to Quotes and create a new Quote. On created Quote, Add Line Item.
- On SAP Business One go to Administration> Integration Hub> Salesforce Settings> Synchronization tab.
- Select Object type as Sales Quotation and click on Sync Now button.
- Alert Message is generated and displays information about the synchronized Sales Quotation.
Note
If Line Item is not added in the Quote in Salesforce, then that Quote will not integrate with Sales Quotation in SAP Business One.
If the Quote status is Draft, then that quote will not integrate to Sales Quotation in SAP Business One. All Status other than Draft will integrate from Salesforce to SAP Business One.
Sales OrderOrders from Salesforce integrates to Sales Order SAP Business One. The integration is unidirectional from Salesforce to SAP Business One.
The following are the steps to integrate Orders from Salesforce to SAP Business One:
- Create New Order with a Contract Number and Product in Salesforce.
- Change the Status of Contract from Draft to Activated on Contract page by clicking on Activate button in Salesforce.
- Change the Order Status from Draft to Activated on Order page by clicking on Activate button in Salesforce.
- On SAP Business One got to Administration> Integration Hub> Salesforce Settings> Synchronization tab.
- Select Object type as Sales Order and click on Sync Now button.
- Alert Message is generated and displays information about the synchronized Sales Order.
Note
If Line Item is not added in the Orders in Salesforce, then that Orders will not integrate with Sales Order in SAP Business One.
If the Orders status is Draft, then that Orders will not integrate to Sales Order in SAP Business One. Only the Orders with status Activated will integrate with Sales Order in Sap Business One.
