Verify the details in the "B1i Server Details" window in all the SAP Business One companies in the landscape. To display the B1i Server Details window, choose Administration → Setup → Intercompany → B1i Server Details. If the details in the "B1i Server Details" screen are correct and still not working then verify whether the B1iadmin Runtime user is active or not by following the below steps:
1. Log on to the integration framework 1.x and choose Maintenance → User Administration → click "Runtime Users". Refer to the below screenshot:
2. Verify that the B1iadmin Runtime user is active (Active - True) or not.
3. If the "Runtime Users" is not active then click on Toggle Activation to make it active.
4. Restart the SAP Integration service.
Also, you may reset the password of the "Runtime" user in case you have forgotten the password by going to the same screen. After resetting the password you must restart the SAP Integration service and check the manual consolidation or intercompany reports.
If the runtime user is repeatedly deactivating, you can create a new runtime user and rerun the SAP B1 Event Sender setup using the new user. Additionally, ensure that the details in the B1if Server Details screen in SAP Business One are reentered for all participating companies.
Note The "B1iadmin Runtime" user and "B1iadmin" user are different.
