User Setup for RFQ in the Integration Hub
A request for quote (RFQ) is a type of procurement solicitation in which a company asks outside vendors to submit a quote for the completion of a specific task or project or supply of goods. An RFQ provides comprehensive information to the bidder or supplier concerning the project’s/item requirement.
An RFQ is a standard process whose purpose is to invite suppliers into a bidding process to bid on specific products or services.
To send E-mails, E-mail addresses of all the participants i.e. Vendor’s contact persons, SAP Business One users in the RFQ process needs to be updated.
In the User-Setup window, E-mail information is required. To open the User Setup window, go to Main Menu → Administration → Setup → General →User
