Scenario:
When using Intercompany Solution with SAP 10.0 FP2208/FP2208 HF01/FP2208 HF02/FP 2305/FP2305 HF1 on SQL or HANA, you will face the following issues:
1. Intercompany Monitoring
The operational issue in intercompany monitoring. When clicking on the display log button in the message log, it doesn't show the transaction logs, and the default current date does not appear.
Following are the intercompany monitoring logs where a similar issue occurs:
- Message Log
- Failure Notification Log
- Audit Log
- Monitor Consolidation

2. Viewing issues in the intercompany reports:
The Intercompany Solution reports have presentation and formatting issues. In addition, the column header names are not displayed in the reports.
This issue impacted the following reports in the Intercompany solution:
- Consolidated Balances by Business Partner Report
- Branch Balances Report
- Branch Inventory in Warehouse Report
- Branch Sales Analysis Report
- Un-Posted Intercompany Transactions Report
- Reports executed using the Query Manager

3. Viewing issues in the financial consolidation export and import process screens:
The Intercompany financial consolidation export and import process screens have presentation and formatting issues.
This issue impacted the following export and import process screens in the Intercompany solution:
- Chart of Account Distribution – Export Status
- Chart of Account Distribution – Import Status
- Manual Consolidation – Export Status
- Manual Consolidation – Import Status
- Automatic Consolidation – Export Status
- Automatic Consolidation – Import Status

4. Viewing issues in the initialization status of the hub applications:
The initialization status screen of hub applications has presentation and formatting issues.
This issue impacted the initialization status screen of the following hub applications:
- Shopify
- Magento
- Salesforce
- Dynamics 365 Sales
- WooCommerce
- Tagrain POS

Workaround :
The downloaded "2000007.zip" file contains the following files:
- Intercompany IPO files "com.cxs.b1i.ipo.zip"
- Intercompany Repository file "com.cxs.b1i.repository.zip"
- Intercompany Package file "com.sap.b1i.dev.scenarios.design.zip"
- icons.zip
- Readme.txt
Note:
Before importing the zip files, please take the backup of the following files and databases:
1. From your existing environment take the backup of "com.cxs.b1i.ipo" ,"com.cxs.b1i.repository" and "com.sap.b1i.dev.scenarios.design" file as per the backup process below:
To take the backup of the ipo files, perform the following steps:
- Login into Integration Framework 2.0.
- Goto Tools -->Control Center --> Maintenance -->BizStore Export.
- In the Exporting Content from BizStore, In the selection critera. Select the Dataset button.
- In the Choose Dataset, Choose Value "com.cxs.b1i.ipo" and then press Submit button.
- Save the file in the relevant folder.
To take the backup of the repository files, perform the following steps:
- Login into Integration Framework 2.0.
- Goto Tools -->Control Center --> Maintenance -->BizStore Export.
- In the Exporting Content from BizStore, In the selection critera. Select the Dataset button.
- In the Choose Dataset, Choose Value "com.cxs.b1i.repository" and then press Submit button.
- Save the file in the relevant folder.
To take the backup of the package file, perform the following steps:
- Login into Integration Framework 2.0.
- Goto Tools -->Control Center --> Maintenance -->BizStore Export.
- In the Exporting Content from BizStore, In the selection critera. Select the Dataset button.
- In the Choose Dataset, Choose Value "com.sap.b1i.dev.scenarios.design", Choose Group "CXS.IC" and then press Submit button.
- Save the file in the relevant folder.
2. From your existing environment take the backup of following databases:
- IFSERV or B1if database
- Landscape database
3. Perform the following steps to import the IPO file:
- Login into Integration Framework 2.0.
- Goto Control Center --> Maintenance -->BizStore Import.
- In the Importing Content to BizStore, In the Selection Critera. In the Choose Archive, select the Choose File button.
- Select the IPO file "com.cxs.b1i.ipo.zip".
- Select the checkbox Assume File System-Friendly Naming and then Submit.
4. Perform the following steps to import the Repository file:
- Login into Integration Framework 2.0.
- Goto Control Center --> Maintenance -->BizStore Import.
- In the Importing Content to BizStore, In the selection critera. In the Choose Archive, select the Choose File button.
- Select the repository file "com.cxs.b1i.repository.zip".
- Select the checkbox Assume File System-Friendly Naming and then Submit.
5. Perform the following steps to import the Package file:
- Login into Integration Framework 2.0.
- Goto Control Center --> Maintenance -->BizStore Import.
- In the Importing Content to BizStore, In the selection critera. In the Choose Archive, select the Choose File button.
- Select the package file "com.sap.b1i.dev.scenarios.design.zip".
- Select the checkbox Assume File System-Friendly Naming and then Submit.
5. Extract the "icons.zip" to the location "..\..\SAP\SAP Business One Integration\IntegrationServer\Tomcat\webapps\Landscape".
Solution:
The issues described above can be fixed using either of the following methods:
Option 1. Upgrade to Version 49 or higher:
Option 2. Stay at Version 48 or below:
Use the HOTFIX file "2000007.zip" to resolve the issue while staying in your current version
