Symptoms:
You are using Intercompany Solution Ver. 41 to Ver. 49.
While performing the Intercompany transactions like master data replication, document exchange cycle, Intercompany Consolidation, Intercompany Reports execution, G/L Allocation, Centralized Payment etc., you may face user count mismatch issues and transactions will not replicate (after October 10, 2023).
The following is the issue list:
1. Either the license count is incorrect or the license(s) is expired, please validate the license to continue.
2. Walldorf license does not exist or is tampered with.
Solution:
You need to download the HOTFIX files as per your Walldorf Intercompany version:
A. Steps to be performed on the B1if server:
Perform the following steps to import the attached zip file:
- Login into Integration Framework 2.0.
- Navigate to the Control Center --> Maintenance -->BizStore Import.
- In the Importing Content to BizStore, In the Selection Criteria. In the Choose Archive, select the Choose File button.
- Select the IPO file "2000010_V41_till_V48.zip" or "2000010_V49.zip" as per your Walldorf Intercompany version.
- Select the checkbox Assume File System-Friendly Naming and then Submit.
