Symptom
The data selected in the selection screen is not displayed on the main screen of the Company Template or Key Mapping in the Intercompany Administration Console. The screenshot of the company template is given below for reference:
Reproducing the issue
Prerequisites
You are using Intercompany Integration Solution version 55.0 or lower.
Scenario
The data selected in the selection screen is not displayed on the main screen of the Company Template or Key Mapping. The following are the steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Open the Company Template screen in the Intercompany Administration Console.
2. Click the Browse button to select a template.
3. A selection screen will appear, allowing you to select the desired template.
4. Select the required template and click Select.
5. After returning to the main screen, observe that the selected template data is not displayed or reflected on the main screen.
Expected Result
The selected data from the selection screen is displayed on the main screen of the Company Template or Key Mapping.
Actual Result
The data selected in the selection screen is not displayed on the main screen of the Company Template or Key Mapping.
Workaround:
You may use the Microsoft Edge browser to work with the Company Template and Key Mapping features of the intercompany solution.
