WDF 2022025 - How to Remove Head Office from Intercompany Landscape
Symptom
After the Intercompany integration solution for SAP Business One has been deployed, you need to change or remove the current head office.
If not done properly, the Intercompany Landscape can become corrupted and you will not be able to select a new head office and redeploy.
Solution
Perform the following steps before deleting the head office from the server or removing the company entry from the B1iF->SLD:
- In the Intercompany integration solution for SAP Business One, one company must act as head office. Identify the new branch in the current scenario which you want to specify as Head Office in the Intercompany Landscape.
- For the company which is currently acting as head office in the Intercompany Landscape, change the company type from Head Office to Branch.
- Set the branch company identified in Step 1 as Head Office.
- If the original company which was previously head office is out of business, deselect the company from the Intercompany Landscape.
- Choose the Deploy button to deploy the solution.
- Perform key mapping again to reflect the changes in the Intercompany Landscape.
