Symptom
The Troubleshooting Tool for Intercompany Solution is designed to help partners or customers to identify problems themselves or export all necessary information when creating support incidents.
Any effort for operating or troubleshooting in the Intercompany Solution can be reduced significantly.
This tool automates checking:
- All version information and necessary information.
- Prerequisites based on functions, for example, key mapping for master data replication, account mapping, B1i detailed server configuration for consolidation, and so on.
Solution
To access the tool, open the Integration Framework 1.x, select Tools → Troubleshooting, and in the Functional Group field, select B1 Intercompany or B1 Intercompany 2. This opens the Troubleshooting window consisting of various checks.
If B1 intercompany 2 selected then an additional field will be available to select the Tenent (It refers to SLD category).
The documentation for the tool becomes available when you click the bookmark icon at the top of this window.
Note: Troubleshooting tool "B1 Intercompany 2" feature is now available for B1if 2.0 and it is compatible with SAP version 10.0 FP 2202 or higher.
i. For SAP B1if 1.x, please select "B1 Intercompany" in the troubleshooting tool and refer to the guide ICOTroubleshootingTool-IC.
ii. For SAP B1if 2.0, please select "B1 Intercompany 2" in the troubleshooting tool and refer to the guide ICOTroubleshootingTool-IC2.
