Symptom
Invalid object name '@OE_USERINFO' error may occur in add-on installation while migrating from SAP Intercompany Solution to Walldorf Intercompany
Reproducing the issue
Prerequisites:
You are using Walldorf Intercompany Add-On Version 46.0.
Scenario:
The following error may occur in add-on installation while migrating from the SAP Intercompany Solution to the Walldorf Intercompany:
1). [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Invalid object name '@OE_USERINFO'
2). [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server] Statement(s) could not be prepared.
Expected Result:
Walldorf Intercompany addon is installed and connected successfully.
Actual Result:
Walldorf Intercompany Add-on fails to connect with Invalid object name '@OE_USERINFO' error.
Workaround:
Follow the below steps to fix the above issue:
1. Go to Tools-->User Defined Windows-->CTX_CONF
2. Remove the row "CTX_IC_InterCompany" from CTX_CONF table
3. Install the Walldorf Intercompany Add-On
Solution
The issue described above will be fixed in the Walldorf Intercompany integration solution Version 47 for SAP Business One, and higher versions.
