Fails to retrieve Account Type from the Salesforce application while configuring the Salesforce Settings in SAP Business One.
Workaround:
Follow the steps below to import the attached files (count 2):
Step 1:
Following are the steps to import "com.cxs.b1i.ipo.zip" :
1. Login into B1iP Control Center.
2. Navigate to MAINTENANCE --> BizStore Export and in the Dataset field, select "com.cxs.b1i.ipo" from the list, click on the Submit button, and save the zip file.
3. From the left menu, click BizStore Import.
4. In Import content to the BizStore in Selection criteria, Choose archive. Click on the Browse button.
5. Select the file path for the zip file attached here.
6. Select the "Assume File System-Friendly Naming" checkbox
7. Click on the Submit button. A caution message will appear. Click on the OK button.
8. SAP B1iP Control Center shows the Import Status.
9. Click on the close button to close the Control Center.
Step 2:
Please follow the below instructions to update the Salesforce scenario package "OE.HUB.SALESFORCE_PL47HF1.zip":
1. Take the backup of the scenario package:
i. Login into Integration Framework 2.0
ii. From the top menu bar, click Scenarios.
iii. From the left menu, right-click on Packages and Open Package.
iv. Select OE.HUB.SALESFORCE package and click Open.
v. Right-click on OE.HUB.SALESFORCE package and Actions, then Export package
2. Following are the steps to update the Salesforce package in the Integration framework:
i. Login into Integration Framework 2.0.
ii. From the top menu bar, click Scenarios.
iii. From the left menu, right-click on Packages.
iv. Select OE.HUB.SALESFORCE the package and click Open.
v. Right Click on OE.HUB.SALESFORCE package and Actions, then update Package.
vi. Click on Choose file and select the attachment (OE.HUB.SALESFORCE_PL47HF1.zip) and Submit.
vii. A new window will be opened up then click on Import.
viii. An Import report will be opened up then click on Close.
3. Go to the Integration hub and edit the existing Salesforce template.
4. Deploy the solution again.
The issue described above has been fixed in the Intercompany integration solution Version 48 for SAP Business One, and higher versions.
