WDF 2480015 - Optimizing the Performance of the User Allocation process in Intercompany integration solutions

Symptom

Slowness in the User Allocation process in Intercompany integration solutions and UI screen does not show the horizontal scroll.

Reproducing the issue

Prerequisites:

You are using Walldorf Intercompany version 48.

Scenario:

1. While doing the User Allocation process, it takes a long time if there are more than 100 companies and more than 50 SAP B1 users in each company.

2. The User allocation screen doesn't show the horizontal scroll bar in case of more than 16 companies in the landscape.

Expected behavior:

The "User Allocation" process works faster and smoothly and UI screen shows the horizontal scroll in case required..

Actual behavior:

The "User Allocation" process takes several minutes upto hours depends on the number of user X number of companies and UI screen does not show the horizontal scroll. 

Workaround:

Following are the steps to import the attached zip file in the Integration Server:

1. Login into the B1iP Control Center.

2. Navigate to MAINTENANCE --> BizStore Export and in the Dataset field, select "com.cxs.b1i.ipo" from the list, click on the Submit button, and save the zip file.

3. From the left menu, click BizStore Import.

4. In Import content to the BizStore in Selection criteria, Choose archive. Click on the Browse button.

5. Select the file path for the zip file attached here.

6. Click on the Submit button. A caution message will appear. Click on the OK button.

7. SAP B1iP Control Center shows the Import Status.

8. Click on the close button to close the Control Center.

Solution

The issue described above will be fixed in the Intercompany Integration Solutions version 50 and higher versions.
