Symptom
The following error occurs at "Establishing Connectivity" step while deploying the Shopify integration solution:
"Cannot connect to the sever"
Reproducing the issue
Prerequisites:
You are using Walldorf Intercompany version 49 or lower.
Scenario:
The following error occurs at "Establishing Connectivity" step while deploying the Shopify integration solution:
"Cannot connect to the sever"
Expected behavior:
The Shopify integration solution is successfully deployed.
Actual behavior:
Connectivity error occurs while deploying the Shopify integration solution
Workaround:
Please find the attached hotfix file and follow the below steps to import the same:
1. Take the backup of scenario package:
i. Login into Integration Framework 2.0
ii. From the top menu bar, click "Scenarios".
iii. From the left menu, right click on "Packages" and "Open Package".
iv. Select "OE.HUB.SHOPIFY" package and click "Open".
v. Right click on "OE.HUB.SHOPIFY" package and "Actions", then "Export package".
2. Following are the steps to import the attached hotfix in Integration framework:
i. Login into Integration Framework 2.0.
ii. From the top menu bar, click "Maintenance".
iii. From the left menu, click "ZIP Import".
iv. In Import content to the ZIP import in Selection criteria, Choose Archive. Click on "Choose File".
v. Select the file path for zip file attachment.
vi. Click on Submit button. Caution message will appear. Click on "OK" button.
vii. Integration Framework 2.0 shows the "Import Status".
3. Go to the Integration hub and edit the existing Shopify template.
4. Deploy the solution again.
Solution
The issue described above will be fixed in the Intercompany integration solutions version 50 and higher versions.
