Symptom
Text type UDF is not visible in the UDF Data Replication screen after it is created using the UDF Structure replication process in Intercompany Solutions.
Reproducing the issue
Prerequisites:
You are using Walldorf Intercompany version "48 or 49".
Scenario:
1. Create a Text type UDF in one of the participant companies in the landscape.
2. Replicate the UDF in all the remaining participating branch companies using "UDF Structure Replication" functionality of intercompany.
3. Go to "UDF Data Replication" and check the UDF list to be registered under the appropriate object.
Expected behavior:
Text type UDF is visible in the list of UDF Data Replication
Actual behavior:
Text type UDF is not visible in UDF Data Replication list if it is created using UDF Structure replication
Workaround:
Following are the steps to import the attached zip file in Integration Server:
1. Login into B1iP Control Center.
2. Navigate to MAINTENANCE --> BizStore Export and in the Dataset field, select "com.cxs.b1i.ipo" from the list, Click on the Submit button, and save the zip file.
3. From the left menu, click BizStore Import.
4. In Import content to the BizStore in Selection criteria, Choose archive. Click on Browse button.
5. Select the file path for the zip file attached here.
6. Select the "Assume File System-Friendly Naming" checkbox.
7. Click on the Submit button. Caution message will appear. Click on the OK button.
8. SAP B1iP Control Center shows the Import Status.
9. Click on the close button to close the Control Center.
Solution
The issue described above will be fixed in the Intercompany integration solutions version 50 and higher versions.
