Symptom
The Confirmed checkbox in the Intercompany tab in the "Goods Return" document is not checked after adding the corresponding "Return" document in the participating branch company in the Intercompany document Exchange cycle.
Reproducing the issue
Prerequisites:
You are using Walldorf Intercompany integration solution 2.0 Version 49.
Scenario:
The Confirmed checkbox in the Intercompany tab in the "Goods Return" document is not checked after adding the corresponding "Return" document in the participating branch company in the Intercompany document Exchange cycle. To reproduce the scenario, follow the below steps:
1. Create a "Goods Return" Document in the branch company
2. A "Draft Return" will be replicated in the HO.
3. Add the draft document without viewing/going to the "Intercompany" tab.
4. The "Goods Return" document will be updated without the "Confirmed" checkbox checked in the Intercompany tab.
Expected behavior:
The Confirmed checkbox in the Intercompany tab in Goods Return document is successfully checked after adding the Return document in the participating branch company.
Actual behavior:
The Confirmed checkbox in the Intercompany tab in Goods Return document is not getting checked after adding the Return document in the participating branch company.
Workaround:
You can download the hotfix add-on from
here, and register it in all the participating branch companies.
Solution
The changes described above will be incorporated in the Walldorf Intercompany integration solution Version 50 for SAP Business One, and higher versions.
