Symptom
The following error may occur while integrating transactions from Hub applications to SAP Business One:
For input string- ""- The di call #1 did fail.
This issue may occur in following hub applications:
1. WooCommerce
2. Shopify
3. Magento
4. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
5. Salesforce
6. Tagrain
7. Expensify
Reproducing the issue
Prerequisites:
You are using Intercompany Solution Version 49 with SAP 10.0 FP2308.
Scenario:
The following error occurs while integrating transactions from Hub applications to SAP Business One:
For input string- ""- The di call #1 did fail.
Expected Result:
The transactions are successfully integrated to SAP B1
Actual Result:
The transactions are failing to Integrate to SAP B1.
Solution
The issue described above has been fixed in the Intercompany Integration Solutions version 50 and higher versions.
