Symptom
All the failed messages are disappeared after clicking "Retry All Failures" button in failure section in Intercompany message log
Reproducing the issue
Prerequisites:
You are using Walldorf Intercompany Integration Solution Version 49 or lower.
Scenario:
All the failed messages disappear after clicking the "Retry All Failures" button in the failure section in the Intercompany message log. The steps are below to reproduce the issue:
1. The transactions failed in the sender company itself. This might be due to the intercompany license expiration.
2. Go to Intercompany Administration Console-->Monitoring-->Message log
3. Click the "Retry All Failures" button in the Failure section
Expected Result:
The failed messages are successfully processed after clicking "Retry All Failures" button.
Actual Result:
"Retry All Failures" of failed messages is not working.
Solution
The issue described above has been fixed in the Intercompany integration solutions version 50 and higher versions.
