WDF 2510021 - The TaxOffice and TaasEnabled properties of the Business Partner (BP) addresses are added to the Company Template

The TaxOffice and TaasEnabled properties of the Business Partner (BP) addresses have now been added to the Company Template to support replication across companies. By including these properties in the template, the system now enables seamless and accurate replication of these fields during BP synchronization.

Adding these fields to the Company Template also improves maintainability and governance. Template-based replication minimizes manual intervention, ensures consistency across databases, and enhances control over master data. Administrators can now rely on a more comprehensive template structure to propagate all critical BP address information uniformly during replication events.

To enable the replication of TaxOffice and TaasEnabled information, these properties must be selected under the Business Partner object in the custom company template.

Note:

The attached hotfix is applicable for Intercompany Solution versions 51.0 or 51.5 to version 54.

Workaround:

The attached zip file is to be imported via BizStore Import of Control Center.

1. From your existing environment, take a backup of the "com.cxs.b1i.repository" file as per the backup process below:

   

To take a backup of the repository files, perform the following steps:

1. Log in to Integration Framework 2.0.
2. Go to Tools -->Control Center --> Maintenance -->BizStore Export.
3. In the Exporting Content from BizStore, In the selection criteria. Select the Dataset button.
4. In the Choose Dataset, choose Value "com.cxs.b1i.repository" and then press the Submit button.
5. Save the file in the relevant folder.
   

2. Perform the following steps to import the Repository file:

1. Log in to Integration Framework 2.0.
2. Go to Control Center --> Maintenance -->BizStore Import.
3. In the Importing Content to BizStore, In the selection criteria. In the Choose Archive, select the Choose File button. 
4. Select the repository file "com.cxs.b1i.repository.zip".
5. Select the checkbox Assume File System-Friendly Naming and then Submit.
   

Solution

The enhancement described above will be incorporated in the Intercompany integration solution version 55 for SAP Business One and higher versions.
