WDF 2520025 - The "Syntax error or access violation" error occurs while replicating the A/R Debit Memo to the A/P Debit Memo document exchange cycle
Symptom
The following error occurs while replicating the A/R Debit Memo to the A/P Debit Memo document exchange cycle:
Syntax error or access violation;257 sql syntax error: incorrect syntax near "UPDATE": line 3 col 4 (at pos 149) -The di call #1 did fail.
Reproducing the issue
Prerequisites
You are using Intercompany Integration Solution version 47 to version 52.
Scenario:
The following error occurs while replicating the A/R Debit Memo to the A/P Debit Memo document exchange cycle:
Syntax error or access violation;257 sql syntax error: incorrect syntax near "UPDATE": line 3 col 4 (at pos 149) -The di call #1 did fail.
Expected Result:
The A/P Debit Memo document is successfully created in the receiver company based on the A/R Debit Memo document in the sender company.
Actual Result:
The "Syntax error or access violation" error occurs while replicating the A/R Debit Memo to the A/P Debit Memo document exchange cycle.
Workaround:
Attached zip files (count 1) is to be imported via BizStore Import of Control Center.
1. From your existing environment take the backup of "com.sap.b1i.dev.scenarios.design" file as per the backup process below:
To take the backup of the package file, perform the following steps:
- Login into Integration Framework 2.0.
- Goto Tools -->Control Center --> Maintenance -->BizStore Export.
- In the Exporting Content from BizStore, In the selection critera. Select the Dataset button.
- In the Choose Dataset, Choose Value "com.sap.b1i.dev.scenarios.design", Choose Group "CXS.IC" and then press Submit button.
- Save the file in the relevant folder.
2. Perform the following steps to import the hotfix file:
- Login into Integration Framework 2.0.
- Go to Maintenance and then Zip Import. In the Choose Archive, select the Choose File button.
- Select the hotfix file and Click the Submit button.
Solution
The issue described above will be fixed in the Intercompany integration solution PL53 for SAP Business One, and higher versions.
