The Intercompany Solution Cockpit has been renewed, offering significant improvements for better usability. One of the key updates is the splitting of tiles, which now allows users to view more accurate and detailed information. This change enhances clarity and ensures that users can easily access relevant data for intercompany transactions. With a more organized and structured interface, managing intercompany processes becomes more efficient. Overall, the updated cockpit improves both functionality and the user experience.

The renewed Intercompany Solution Cockpit brings significant usability enhancements, with one of the key updates being the splitting of tiles. This new feature allows users to view more accurate and detailed information, streamlining access to critical data. By improving clarity and organization, the updated cockpit ensures that users can quickly find and manage relevant information for intercompany transactions, ultimately leading to a more efficient and user-friendly experience. These changes reflect a focus on precision and convenience, making the solution more effective for its users.

Solution

The enhancement described above has been incorporated in the Intercompany Integration Solutions version 53 and higher versions.

Intercompany Solution Cockpit:

The Intercompany Solution Cockpit provides users with a centralized view of all intercompany-related information on a single screen.

To access the cockpit, navigate to the top menu bar in the Administration Console and select the "Cockpit" option.




Intercompany solution cockpit has the following sections:

·         Landscape Status

·         Integration Status

·         Scheduled Processes

·         Financial Consolidation and Trade Processes

·         System Resource Information

·         Server Status


Landscape Status:

The following tiles are available in the landscape section: 


1.    SAP B1 Version:
This tile displays the SAP Business One version. Click on this tile to view the version details of SAP Business One.

2.    Add-on Version:

This tile displays the intercompany solution add-on version. Click on this tile to view the version details of the add-on and intercompany script. 

3.    Deployed on:
This tile displays the date when the intercompany solution is deployed. You can click on this tile to view the detailed description of the deployment date.
 

4.    Total Companies:

This tile displays the number of companies including in the intercompany landscape. You can click on this tile to view the details of the number of companies in the landscape. 

5.    Scenario Package:
This tile displays the version of the scenario package.
 

6.    Template Company:
This tile displays the number of Template type companies that exist in the deployed solution, you can click on this tile to view the template companies available in the landscape.
 

7.    Custom Company Template in Use:
This tile displays the number of custom company templates configured in the landscape, you can click on this tile to view the custom company templates assigned to the branch companies in the intercompany Landscape.
 

8.    Key Mapping:
This tile displays the key mapping status whether it is complete or incomplete. You can click on this tile to view the key mapping master summary status.

Integration Status:

The following tiles are available in the Integration status section: 

 

1.    IPO Steps Status:
This tile displays the IPO Step Status whether it is active or inactive, you can click on this tile to view the IPO Step status Panel.
 

2.    Blocked Queues:
This tile displays queue block information, you can click on this tile to view the blocked queue panel.
 

3.    Success Replication:
This tile displays the count of success replications, clicking on this tile will open the intercompany message log displaying the success messages of the current date.
 

4.    Under Process Replication:
This tile displays the count of in-process replications, clicking on this tile will open the intercompany message log displaying the under process messages of the current date.

5.    Failed Replication:
This tile displays the count of failed replications, clicking on this tile will open the intercompany message log displaying the failed messages of the current date.

Scheduled Processes

The following tiles are available in the scheduled process section: 



1.    BP Balances Scheduling:
This tile displays the Business Partner balances scheduling status whether it is configured or not. Clicking on this tile will open the Consolidated Balances for Business Partners configuration screen.
 

2.    Allocation Accounts Scheduling:
This tile displays the allocation account scheduling status whether it is configured or not for automatic synchronization of allocation accounts across branch companies, clicking on this tile will open the configuration screen for allocation account scheduling.

3.    Auto Purge Log:
This tile displays auto purge log configuration status whether it is configured or not, clicking on this tile will open the manage log window. 

4.    Auto Retry Errors:
This tile displays the auto-retry error configuration status whether auto retry error message is configured or not, clicking on this tile will open the auto-retry error window. 

Financial Consolidation and Trade Processes:

The following tiles are available in the Financial Consolidation and Trade Processes section:



1.    Consolidation Mode:
This tile displays whether the consolidation mode is manual or automatic, clicking on this tile will  display the consolidation mode of each branch company.
 

2.    Last Consolidation Execution Status:
This tile displays the last executed consolidation status, clicking on this tile will open the detailed consolidation execution status window.
 

3.    Unposted Marketing Document:
This tile displays the number of unposted marketing documents, clicking on this tile will display the detailed description of unposted marketing documents across all participating branch companies.
     

4.    Unposted Journal Vouchers:
This tile displays the number of unposted journal vouchers, clicking on this tile will display the detailed description of unposted journal vouchers across all participating branch companies.      
 

System Resource Information:

The following tiles are available in system resource information section:



1.    Database Size:
This tile displays the current size of the integration framework database. 

2.    BizStore Documents:
This tile displays the number of bizstore documents.
 

3.    Used Memory:
This tile displays the memory consumption of the integration framework.
 

4.    Used memory:
This tile displays the Percentage of integration framework memory consumption.
 

5.    Available CPU:
This tile displays the number of available CPUs. 

Server Status:

The following tiles are available in the server status section: 



1.    Maximum Memory:
This tile displays the maximum amount of memory in Mega Bytes available for B1iP. Clicking on this tile will display the current memory usage of B1iP.
 

2.    Used Memory:
This tile displays memory used by B1iP in Mega Bytes, clicking on this tile will display the current memory usage of B1iP.
 

3.    Detected CPU cores:
This tile displays the number of detected CPU cores or processors. Clicking on this tile will display the current memory usage of B1iP.
 

4.    Scheduler Threads:
This tile displays the number of scheduler Threads in B1iP, clicking on this tile will display the Summary of Current State of Internal Scheduler.
 

5.    Last start of B1iP:
This tile displays the time stamp of the last B1iP start. Clicking on this tile displays detailed Startup and Shutdown Events of B1iP. 

6.    Crashed Last Time:
This tile displays whether B1iP aborted or shutdown, clicking on this tile displays the Detection of improper shutdowns of B1iP
