Symptom
Some transactions and master data are not syncing from the Shopify application to SAP Business One due to a time zone other than (GMT+00:00) UTC being selected in the Shopify account. This issue may occur with the following objects:
1. Sales Order
2. Product Master
3. Customer Master
Reproducing the issue
Prerequisites
You are using Intercompany Integration Solution version 53.
Scenario:
Some transactions and master data are not syncing from the Shopify application to SAP Business One due to a different time zone being selected in the Shopify account. You may choose a time zone in Shopify account other than (GMT+00:00) UTC, such as (GMT+01:00) Madrid, to reproduce the issue.
Expected Result:
All the transactions and master data are synced successfully to the SAP Business One.
Actual Result:
Some transactions and master data are not syncing from the Shopify application.
Workaround:
The attached zip files (count 2) are to be imported via BizStore Import of Control Center.
1. From your existing environment take the backup of "com.cxs.b1i.ipo" and "com.sap.b1i.dev.scenarios.design" file as per the backup process below:
To take the backup of the ipo file, perform the following steps:
- Login into Integration Framework 2.0.
- Goto Tools -->Control Center --> Maintenance -->BizStore Export.
- In the Exporting Content from BizStore, In the selection critera. Select the Dataset button.
- In the Choose Dataset, Choose Value "com.cxs.b1i.ipo" and then press Submit button.
- Save the file in the relevant folder.
To take the backup of the package file, perform the following steps:
- Login into Integration Framework 2.0.
- Goto Tools -->Control Center --> Maintenance -->BizStore Export.
- In the Exporting Content from BizStore, In the selection critera. Select the Dataset button.
- In the Choose Dataset, Choose Value "com.sap.b1i.dev.scenarios.design", Choose Group "OE.HUB.SHOPIFY" and then press Submit button.
- Save the file in the relevant folder.
2. Perform the following steps to import the IPO file:
- Login into Integration Framework 2.0.
- Goto Control Center --> Maintenance -->BizStore Import.
- In the Importing Content to BizStore, In the Selection Critera. In the Choose Archive, select the Choose File button.
- Select the IPO file "com.cxs.b1i.ipo.zip".
- Select the checkbox Assume File System-Friendly Naming and then Submit.
3. Perform the following steps to import the Package file:
- Login into Integration Framework 2.0.
- Goto Control Center --> Maintenance -->BizStore Import.
- In the Importing Content to BizStore, In the selection critera. In the Choose Archive, select the Choose File button.
- Select the package file "com.sap.b1i.dev.scenarios.design.zip".
- Select the checkbox Assume File System-Friendly Naming and then Submit.
Solution
The issue described above will be fixed in the Intercompany integration solution version 54 for SAP Business One, and higher versions.
