Symptom
The Allocation screen UI elements overlap when the screen is maximized on a high-resolution display, making certain fields and buttons partially or fully inaccessible. The issue may appear on the following screens:
1. G/L Branch Allocation
2. G/L Allocation Posting Template
3. Recurring G/L Allocation Postings
4. A/P Service Invoice Allocation
5. A/R Service Invoice Allocation
Reproducing the issue
Prerequisites
You are using Intercompany Integration Solution version 54.0 and a high-resolution display.
Scenario
The Allocation screen UI elements overlap when the screen is maximized on a high-resolution display, making certain fields and buttons partially or fully inaccessible. The following are the steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Go to SAP Business One and connect the Intercompany Solution add-on.
2. Open the Allocation screen on the A/P Service Invoice.
3. Maximize the Allocation screen in full screen.
Expected Result
All UI elements in the Allocation screen are scaled correctly and display without overlap, even when maximized on high-resolution displays.
Actual Result
UI overlap issue in the Allocation screen when maximized on a high-resolution display.
Workaround
Download the Intercompany Version 54 Hotfix Add-On version 54.4 from here. Apply the hotfix add-on to all companies across the landscape.
Solution
The issue described above will be fixed in the Intercompany integration solution Version 55 for SAP Business One and higher versions.
