Symptom
When a Shopify order is paid using a combination of a credit card and a gift card, the Incoming Payment is not synchronized to SAP Business One.
Reproducing the issue
Prerequisites
You are using Integration Solution version 54.0.
Scenario
Incoming Payment Not Synchronized When Shopify Order is Paid Using a Combination of Credit Card and Gift Card. The following are the steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Create an order in Shopify.
2. Pay the order using a combination of credit card and gift card.
3. Sync the transaction with SAP Business One via the Integration Solution.
4. Observe that the Incoming Payment document is not created in SAP Business One.
Expected Result
The Incoming Payment is successfully synced to SAP Business One even when the order is paid using a combination of credit card and gift card.
Actual Result
Incoming Payment Not Synchronized When Shopify Order is Paid Using a Combination of Credit Card and Gift Card.
Solution
The issue described above has been fixed in the Intercompany Integration Solutions version 55 and higher versions.
