Symptom
The control buttons (such as Copy Key, Refresh, Request Extension, or Remove) are not working or are unresponsive in the Manage License screen of the Intercompany Administration Console.
Reproducing the issue
Prerequisites
You are currently using SAP Business One version 10.0 SP 2511 or SP 2511 HF1, and the license key contains a “+” symbol.
Scenario
The control buttons (such as Copy Key, Refresh, Request Extension, or Remove) are not working or are unresponsive in the Manage License screen of the Intercompany Administration Console. The following are the steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Open the Intercompany Administration Console.
2. Navigate to Administration → Manage License.
3. Attempt to use any of the available control buttons on the screen.
4. Observe that no action is performed.
Expected Result
All control buttons in the Manage License screen are functioning correctly and perform the intended actions.
Actual Result
Unable to use the control buttons in the Manage License screen of the Intercompany Administration Console.
Solution
The issue described above has been fixed in Intercompany Integration Solutions version 55 and higher versions.
