WDF 2665974 - Intercompany Solution Missing Functions Library
Symptom
When running the consolidation process you get an error similar to "ClassNotFoundException" or "The first argument to the non-static Java function 'subtract' is not a valid object reference"; or, when adding a document in the SAP Business One client application, the error "com.sap.engine.lib.xml.util.NestedException:Error parsing query" is shown.
Reproducing the issue
Prerequisites:
You have installed or upgraded the Intercompany Solution for SAP Business One.
Scenario:
You are performing one of the following:
- Executing the consolidation process
- Adding a document in the SAP Business One client
Actual behavior:
An error is displayed or the process fails with error in the Intercompany Solution Message Log.
Cause
The CTXFunctions.jar file is missing from the Integration Framework installation folder: ..\SAP\SAP Business One Integration\IntegrationServer\Tomcat\lib
Solution
- Download the attached CTXFunctions.zip and extract the file (CTXFunctions.jar) file and then copy it to the folder ..\SAP\SAP Business One Integration\IntegrationServer\Tomcat\lib.
- Restart the Integration Framework services and reopen the SAP Business One client.
