WDF 3042698 - Unable to sync mobile phone of contact in Dynamics 365 Sales to contact person of BP master in connected B1 company

Symptom
Mobile phone of contact in Dynamics 365 Sales does not synchronize in contact person of BP master in connected SAP Business One company.

Reproducing the issue

Prerequisites:

You are using Intercompany Integration Solution PL41 or lower.

Scenario:

Mobile phone of contact in Dynamics 365 Sales does not synchronize in contact person of BP master in connected SAP Business One company.

Expected Result:

Data is synchronized successfully.

Actual Result:

Data is not synchronized.

Solution
The issue described above will be fixed in the Intercompany integration solution PL42 for SAP Business One, and higher versions.

Workaround:

Attached zip files (count 1) are to be imported via BizStore Import of Control Center.

Take the backup of dataset "com.cxs.b1i.repository" from B1iP Control Center-->MAINTENANCE-->BizStore Export.

Following are the steps to import the attached zip file in Integration Server:
  1. Login into B1iP Control Center.
  2. From the top menu bar, click Maintenance.
  3. From the left menu, click BizStore Import.
  4. In Import content to the BizStore in Selection criteria, Choose archive. Click on Browse button.
  5. Select the file path for zip file attachment.
  6. Click on Submit button. Caution message will appear. Click on OK button.
  7. SAP B1iP Control Center shows the Import Status.
Click on close button to close the Control Center.
