Symptom
'CountryCode' : Value '' with length '0' is not equal to length facet '2' occurs while pressing "Get Freight Rate" button on Delivery in SAP B1 for DHL Integration Solution for Brazil localization
Reproducing the issue
Prerequisites:
You are using Intercompany Integration Solution PL44 or lower and "Enable Multiple Branches" checkbox is not checked in company details in SAP B1.
Scenario:
'CountryCode' : Value '' with length '0' is not equal to length facet '2' occurs while pressing "Get Freight Rate" button on Delivery in SAP B1 for DHL Integration Solution for Brazil localization
Expected Result:
Freight rate is retrieved successfully on Delivery document in SAP B1.
Actual Result:
DHL integration fails to retrieve freight rate on Delivery document in SAP B1.
Workaround:
1. If the customer is using ICO PL43, then ICO 2.0 PL43 Hotfix Add-On 43.2 is available to fix the issue.
2. If the customer is using ICO PL44 ICO 2.0 PL44 Hotfix Add-On 44.3 is available to fix the issue.
Note: For ICO version PL42 or below, ICO version upgrade is recommended.
Solution
The issue described above will be fixed in the Intercompany integration solution PL45 for SAP Business One, and higher versions.
