Symptom
RFC is missing error may occur while syncing account or lead from Salesforce to SAP Business One
Reproducing the issue
Prerequisites:
You are using Intercompany Integration Solution PL44 or lower.
Scenario:
While syncing account or lead from Salesforce to SAP Business One, following error may occur:
DI Error- (-5002) 1250000107 - RFC is missing; when creating a business partner for a domestic company, you must enter the RFC-The di call#1 did fail.
Expected Result:
Account or lead from Salesforce syncs successfully.
Actual Result:
RFC is missing error is occurring while syncing account or lead from Salesforce.
Workaround:
Attached zip files (count 1) is to be imported via BizStore Import of Control Center.
1. Take the backup of Integration Framework 2.0 -->Scenarios --> OE.HUB.SALESFORCE package.
2. Following are the steps to import the attached zip file in Integration Server:
- Login into B1iP Control Center.
- From the top menu bar, click Maintenance.
- From the left menu, click BizStore Import.
- In Import content to the BizStore in Selection criteria, Choose archive. Click on Browse button.
- Select the file path for zip file attachment.
- Click on Submit button. Caution message will appear. Click on OK button.
- SAP B1iP Control Center shows the Import Status.
- Click on close button to close the Control Center.
Solution
The issue described above will be fixed in the Intercompany integration solution PL45 for SAP Business One, and higher versions.
