Symptom

An error occurs when creating a Return Request document based on Service Call when using a branch representing BP

Reproducing the issue

Prerequisites:

You are using Intercompany Integration Solution PL44 or lower.

Scenario:

An error occurs when creating a Return Request document based on Service Call when using a branch representing BP. Steps to reproduce the issue are:

1. Go to Service Call

2. Add or find the service call for branch representing BP

3. Go to "Related Documents" tab

4. Go to "Details" and then "New Document"

5. Choose Return Request and add the document

Expected Result:

System doesn't throw the error.

Actual Result:

System is throwing error.

Solution

The issue described above has been fixed in the Intercompany integration solution PL45 for SAP Business One, and higher versions.
