Symptom

The following error may occur while replicating delivery to GRPO in participating branch companies in the landscape:

BPE000 User-defined text: Could not find key mapping record for Expense Code.

Reproducing the issue

Prerequisites:

You are using Walldorf Intercompany integration solution Version 46 or lower.

Scenario:

The following error may occur while replicating delivery to GRPO in participating branch companies in the landscape:

BPE000 User-defined text: Could not find key mapping record for Expense Code.

Expected behavior:

Delivery to GRPO is replicated in the participating branch companies.

Actual behavior:

Following error may occur while replicating delivery to GRPO in participating branch companies in the landscape:

BPE000 User-defined text: Could not find key mapping record for Expense Code.

Workaround:

Please find the attached hotfix file (count 1) and follow the below steps to import the same:

1. Take the backup of scenario package: Integration Framework 2.0 -->Scenarios --> CXS.IC package

2. Following are the steps to import the attached zip file in Integration Server:

    i.   Login into Integration Framework 2.0.
    ii.  From the top menu bar, click Maintenance.
    iii. From the left menu, click ZIP Import.
    iv. In Import content to the ZIP import in Selection criteria, Choose archive. Click on Choose File.
    v.  Select the file path for zip file attachment.
    vi. Click on Submit button. Caution message will appear. Click on OK button.
    vii. Integration Framework 2.0 shows the Import Status.

Solution

The issue described above will be fixed in Intercompany integration solution Version 47 for SAP Business One, and higher versions.
