The pre-defined templates offer a quick and easy customer-specific realisation of the integrations. Programming knowledge or technical knowledge of the application is not necessary as the templates are preconfigured as far as possible.
Integration Hub templates are currently available for the following applications:

FedEx: FedEx Corporation is an American multinational delivery services company headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee. Dynamic 365 Sales: Dynamics 365 Sales enables sales people to build strong relationships with their customers, take actions based on insights, and close sales faster.
