Configuration Menu in the Integration Hub Administration Console

After you create the first customer, the Configure menu is displayed in the Integration Hub Administration Console.  

To search the list of the available templates you can use to integrate with SAP Business One, perform the following: 
  1. In the Integration Hub Administration Console, in the Configure menu, choose the Choose a Template optionAlternatively, in the Dashboard menu, in the Customers area, choose the  (Configure New Template) icon.




 
  1. You can filter the list of templates based on selection criteria (Category and Filter By) or search based on text input.

Category  
Use the dropdown list in the Category field to filter the list of available templates based on category. The following categories are available in the dropdown list:

  • E-commerce
  • CRM
  • SAP Apps
  • E-mail & SMS
  • Shipping Carriers
  • Exchange Rates
  • Expense Management 
  • ‚Äč

    Filter By

    Use the dropdown list in the Filter By field to filter the existing templates that are already connected or all templates available based on the Category value selected.

    Examples

    In the dropdown list in the Category field, choose E-commerce to filter the list of templates available in the Integration Hub related to e-commerce and choose Filter By as either:
          All
                      According to the filter selection, the Integration Hub displays the templates available, for example, Shopify.
          Connected Apps
                      If no E-commerce templates exist, the filter results are blank. 

    In the dropdown list in the Category field, choose Shipping Carriers to filter the list of templates available in the Integration Hub related to shipping carrier and choose Filter By as either:
          All 
                      According to the filter selection, the Integration Hub displays the templates available, for example, UPS.
          Connected Apps 
                      If no shipping carrier templates exist, the filter results are blank.
