Customer Master Data - Tagrain in the Integration Hub
The customer master data integration is bidirectional i.e. from Tagrain to SAP Business One and from SAP Business One to Tagrain. Customer Information like Name, E-mail, Customer Group, Address, and other details are integrated from Tagrain to SAP Business One and vice-versa.
When the customer data is integrated from Tagrain to SAP Business One, the Tagrain customer code is updated in Card Code and Tagrain Customer Internal ID is updated in Cross Reference Code in SAP Business One. Similarly, when the customer data is integrated from SAP Business One to Tagrain, the SAP Business One Card Code is updated in the Tagrain Customer Code and Tagrain Customer Internal ID is updated back in Cross Reference Code in SAP Business One.
On adding customer information from Tagrain to SAP Business One, the application uses currency configured in the General Settings of Tagrain.
The following actions for Customer Master Data are supported:
- Add Customer- Add new customer information. The customer master addition is Bidirectional i.e. from Tagrain to SAP Business One and from SAP Business One to Tagrain.
From SAP Business One, the customer masters for which the Sync checkbox is checked for Tagrain template in SAP Business One will integrate to Tagrain. However, whenever the customer is added in Tagrain it will be downloaded to SAP Business One.
- Update Customers- Edit existing customer information. The customer master update is Bidirectional i.e. from Tagrain to SAP Business One and from SAP Business One to Tagrain.
Caution
Customer master deletion is not supported between both the system.
To display the customer data which are synchronized from Tagrain to SAP Business One, choose SAP Business One Main Menu →Business Partners →Business Partner Master Data →Integration Hub.

Message /Alert Overview
Once the customer data is synchronized, Message /Alert Overview Inbox displays the transaction information in SAP Business One. The following information is displayed on the screen:
